Returns

You may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact the studio within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned within 14 days of your return request and should be in their original condition and packaging.

Returned items are inspected upon receipt.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5 working days, excluding original shipping costs.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

For items valued over £75, we recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.
