Refund policy

If you find that any product you have ordered is unsuitable, don't worry, we have a flexible returns policy and are very happy to help you choose something else, for advice please fill out the form on our Contact Us page.

We are happy to offer a refund on items in perfect condition and with proof of purchase. Once you receive your items, you can return them within 45 days. Faulty items may be returned at any time. Please note, we are unable to refund postage paid unless the fault is with us. Please visit our Returns page for full details on ways to return or exchange your items.

Items returned that are not in perfect condition, or are not deemed faulty, will be returned to you, at your cost. Money will only be refunded once we have received the item.

Please note that our gift cards and privilege notes cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
